Create a fillable PDF online.

Open a flat PDF, choose a field type and click the preview to place it. Adjust the field dimensions in the sidebar. Use Download blank form to keep a reusable template.

Example: a client intake sheet

Add text fields for the client name and project, then a checkbox for a yes/no answer. Download the blank form. Reopen it, fill the answers in the sidebar and download a completed copy. Your blank template remains available for the next client.

Blank form or completed PDF?

The blank download clears writable form values and keeps the fields editable. It does not remove names, signatures or other content already printed in the original PDF. The completed download can flatten fields to make answers part of the page; this is not secure redaction.

Privacy and limits

Files remain in browser memory. Nothing is uploaded by this workspace. Use PDFs under 25 MB and 100 pages, with at most 100 newly added fields. Complex XFA and encrypted forms must be converted with a suitable desktop application first.
