What stays free?
Ordinary local form creation, filling and downloads stay free. Forms Pro adds a private cross-device template library for US$9 per month. No subscription is required to use the local workspace.
What is supported?
Unencrypted PDFs and standard AcroForm fields. Added text supports Latin, Greek and Cyrillic. XFA forms, original-content editing, OCR and certificate-backed digital signatures are not supported. Review the completed file before using it.
Does saving a template save my answers?
Cloud Save creates a blank PDF form and clears editable answers. Printed content and read-only fields remain, so review your document before saving. Completed copies stay local unless you independently choose to share them.
Can I edit the original PDF text?
This tool adds fillable fields and fills standard PDF forms. It does not rewrite printed text or recognize scanned text.
